What if I don't like an outfit?
You say so with one tap on the card. Your stylist reads it, and next month remembers. In Le Style, she remakes three outfits a month. In L'Expérience, five.
How do I talk to my stylist?
From your space, by message, from Le Style: you choose a topic, she answers as soon as she can. First in line with L'Expérience.
Can I change membership along the way?
Yes, at any time from your account. Moving up is immediate and what you have already paid is deducted. Moving down takes effect at the end of the current period.
How quickly can I start?
Right after your questionnaire. Your stylist composes your first month of outfits and reviews it, then it appears in your space. It is then renewed every month, on your subscription date.
What brands do you work with?
We select from a wide range of brands, from COS, Aritzia and Rixo to Joseph, Max Mara and Toteme. Your stylist picks the ones that fit your budget and your taste.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There is no commitment on any plan. You can cancel with one click from your dashboard at any time.
