Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide through your account and style quiz: name, email address, style preferences, body type, budget and lifestyle. We also collect basic usage data when you visit our website and the data necessary to process your payments via Stripe. When you take the quiz, we also record your country, inferred from your IP address by our hosting provider. We keep the country only: neither your city nor the IP address itself. This approximate information helps us understand where our visitors come from and adapt our selections; it is never used for legal or tax purposes.

Your data is used to personalise your monthly outfit plan, communicate with you via stylist messaging and improve your experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is kept for 3 years and then securely deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.

You have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, or obtain portability of your personal data at any time by emailing us at contact@faubourgatelier.com. You may also object to or restrict the processing of your data. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription. We respond within 30 days.

To provide our service, we rely on technical providers that process some of your data on our behalf and solely on our instructions: Stripe (payments and billing), Supabase (database and account authentication), Vercel (site hosting) and its Vercel Web Analytics audience measurement (anonymous, cookieless visit statistics), Resend (transactional emails: confirmations, password resets), Brevo (newsletter and marketing emails) and Sentry (technical error monitoring for the site, data hosted in the European Union). Each maintains its own security and privacy safeguards. Our site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (signing in to your account, language preference), which do not require your agreement. Since 28 August 2026 it also offers an advertising measurement cookie (Meta pixel), used to know which ad brought you here and to avoid showing you an ad for a service you already subscribe to. It is only set with your explicit agreement: as long as you have not answered the banner, or if you refuse, it is never loaded. You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing changes nothing to how the site works. The service is operated by Blursmith FZC LLC, a company established in the United Arab Emirates; as a result, some of your data may be processed outside the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards. When you click a link to a partner shop, the redirect may pass through an affiliate network (such as Rakuten Advertising, CJ Affiliate or Awin), which counts the click anonymously; no personal data from your account is ever transmitted to these networks.
