Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide through your account and style quiz: name, email address, style preferences, body type, budget and lifestyle. We also collect basic usage data when you visit our website and the data necessary to process your payments via Stripe. When you take the quiz, we also record your country, inferred from your IP address by our hosting provider. From this inference we keep only the country, never the IP address itself. This approximate information helps us understand where our visitors come from and adapt our selections; it is never used for legal or tax purposes. In the questionnaire, you can also tell us up to three places where you live (a city, a region or a country, as you prefer) and the months you spend there: they are used only to suit your outfits to the climate. The climate is read from our own tables: these places stay with us and are never passed to any outside service. If you tell us you are pregnant, this information relates to your health: it is recorded only with your explicit consent, given by a tick box in the questionnaire, together with the month of your due date. It is used only to choose suitable outfits, it is deleted automatically three months after the due date, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to us.

Your data is used to personalise your monthly outfit plan, communicate with you via stylist messaging and improve your experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is kept for 3 years and then securely deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.

You have the right to access, correct, request deletion of, or obtain portability of your personal data at any time by emailing us at contact@faubourgatelier.com. You may also object to or restrict the processing of your data. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription. We respond within 30 days.

To provide our service, we rely on technical providers that process some of your data on our behalf and solely on our instructions: Stripe (payments and billing), Supabase (database and account authentication), Vercel (site hosting) and its Vercel Web Analytics audience measurement (anonymous, cookieless visit statistics), Resend (all our emails: confirmations, password resets, newsletter and marketing emails) and Sentry (technical error monitoring for the site, data hosted in the European Union). Each maintains its own security and privacy safeguards. Our site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (signing in to your account, language preference, currency of prices and the country of your visit used to choose it), which do not require your agreement. Since 28 August 2026 it also offers an advertising measurement cookie (Meta pixel), used to know which ad brought you here and to avoid showing you an ad for a service you already subscribe to. It is only set with your explicit agreement: as long as you have not answered the banner, or if you refuse, it is never loaded. You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Refusing changes nothing to how the site works. The service is operated by Blursmith FZC LLC, a company established in the United Arab Emirates; as a result, some of your data may be processed outside the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards. For the current list of our subprocessors, email us at contact@faubourgatelier.com. When you click a link to a partner shop, the redirect may pass through an affiliate network (such as Rakuten Advertising, CJ Affiliate or Awin), which counts the click anonymously; no personal data from your account is ever transmitted to these networks. Our emails contain a tiny invisible image that tells us whether an email was opened, so we can send fewer and better emails. To learn which pages are useful, we measure visits ourselves, without cookies: pages viewed, clicks on buttons and links, articles read, using a random identifier kept in your browser for 13 months at most, never your IP address or your email. This data stays with us, on our servers in Europe, and is shared with no one; if you are signed in, it is linked to your account. To object, write to contact@faubourgatelier.com or turn on your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.

For any privacy-related requests or questions, please contact us at contact@faubourgatelier.com. We will respond within 30 days.
