Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the sale of Atelier Faubourg subscriptions, a service operated by Blursmith FZC LLC (United Arab Emirates), to any individual acting for non-professional purposes ("the client"). By subscribing, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms. They complement the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.

Atelier Faubourg is a personal styling service delivered by a stylist, available on a subscription basis. Depending on the plan chosen, each subscription gives access to a monthly outfit plan (10, 20 or 30 looks), the Capsule Wardrobe Guide, and messaging with your dedicated stylist, all delivered to your private client area. The service is an advisory and curation service; it is not a sale of clothing.

Prices are shown on the Memberships page, in euros and inclusive of all taxes; no additional amount is added at the time of payment. Payment is made by card via the secure Stripe platform, upon subscription and then at each due date (monthly or annual depending on the plan). Atelier Faubourg reserves the right to change its prices; any change does not affect instalments already paid and is communicated before renewal.

The subscription is entered into for the term chosen (monthly or annual) and renews automatically for an identical term unless cancelled. The client may cancel at any time, with no fees and no notice, from their client area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, with no further charge. Deleting the account cancels the active subscription.

In accordance with European Union consumer law, the client generally has fourteen (14) days to withdraw from an online purchase, without having to give a reason. As the service and digital content (outfit plan, Capsule Guide) are supplied immediately, a client who requests access from the moment of subscription expressly consents to immediate performance and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, under the conditions provided by law. For any complaint, the client may contact us at contact@faubourgatelier.com; we aim to respond within 30 days. In accordance with French law, a client residing in France may use a consumer mediator free of charge in the event of an unresolved dispute. [Mediator details — to be completed upon registration.]

Atelier Faubourg undertakes to provide the service with care and professionalism. The service consists of personalised style recommendations; purchases of items from third-party brands are the client's sole decision and subject to those brands' terms. Atelier Faubourg cannot be held liable for temporary unavailability of the service, nor for the client's purchasing decisions, to the extent permitted by law and without prejudice to consumers' mandatory rights.

The client's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which describes the data collected, its purposes, retention periods, subprocessors, and the client's rights (access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability).

These Terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates. In accordance with the EU "Rome I" Regulation (Art. 6), a client residing in the European Union retains the benefit of the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of their country of residence and may bring proceedings before the courts of their domicile. These Terms may be updated; the applicable version is the one in force at the date of subscription or renewal.
